Curwensville - Nate and Nick Sipes combined to rush for 352 yards and five touchdowns to lead Curwensville (7-0) to a 59-7 win over visiting Port Allegany (4-3) Friday night.
Nate Sipes rushed 19 times for 229 yards and three touchdowns, and Nick Sipes added eight carries for 123 yards and two scores.
Curwensville, which has won 10 straight games dating back to last season, the longest overall winning streak in District 9, led 36-0 at halftime thanks to scoring runs of 17, 11 and 78 yards from Nate Sipes, a 28-yard Nick Sipes run and a 41-yard Shawn Sopic run.
The Golden Tide made it 51-0 at the end of three quarters on a 16-yard pass from Sopic to Dean Swatsworth and a 12-yard Nick Sipes run.
Port Allegany finally reached the scoreboard seven seconds into the fourth quarter on a 23-yard pass from Craig Flint to Adam Rohrer, but Adam Pennington's 3-yard run for Curwensville with 3:29 left closed out the scoring.
Curwensville outgained Port Allegany 468 yards to 138 on the night including 452 to 67 on the ground.
Rohrer paced the Gators with eight carries for 44 yards, while Cody Anderson added nine totes for 20 yards and three catches for 30. Flint was 4-for-10 passing for 61 yards, a touchdown and an interception.
